Katie Lindsey is an associate attorney at Barth Calderon, LLP certified as a specialist in estate planning, trusts, and probate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
Katie’s practice focuses on estate planning and post-death administrations.
On the planning side, Katie helps families plan for the management and distribution of their assets during their lifetime and after death. A typical estate plan includes a revocable living trust, will, durable power of attorney, and advanced healthcare directive.
On the post-death administration side, Katie helps with the transfer of assets after the owner has died. Her practice includes trust administrations and probates. As part of Katie’s trust administration practice, she often advises trustees on the process of managing and distributing assets held in a trust. Katie’s probate practice focuses on helping personal representatives navigate the probate process.
Before establishing her estate planning, trust, and probate practice, Katie practiced business litigation at a firm in Newport Beach. Katie is committed to using her broad range of experiences to build relationships and effectively represent her clients.
