Lisa J. Keating is an associate attorney at Barth Calderon LLP, with a practice focusing on estate planning, business succession planning, and asset protection. Lisa has extensive experience in the financial services industry, helping clients to plan their futures.

Ms. Keating seeks to help families understand and address their estate planning needs and goals, and to protect personal and business assets. Additionally, Lisa has conducted investment and tax law seminars for clients and attorneys, and assisted clients and their CPAs on minimizing tax consequences and on settling estate matters.

Before establishing her estate planning practice, Lisa worked as a financial advisor, served as in-house Corporate Counsel, and negotiated large scale contracts.

As an adjunct professor, Ms. Keating taught Property and Tort Law courses.

Lisa earned a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and graduated cum laude from Western State University College of Law with an Emphasis Program in Taxation.
