Danielle J. Shehadeh, Esq.

Danielle started her career with BarthCalderon in 2014 and has worked in various roles within the firm, but her favorite role, by far, is being an attorney.

Danielle graduated from Loyola Law of School of Los Angeles where she earned both her JD and Tax LLM degrees. During law school, Danielle served on the Executive Board of the Tax Law Society and the Entertainment Law Review. Danielle participated in the Tax Appeals Assistance Program where she represented taxpayers against the California FTB and clerked at the California Department of Justice in the business and tax division.

Prior to law school, Danielle worked as senior corporate paralegal at BarthCalderon assisting clients in all aspects of business formations and business planning.

Danielle’s practice focuses on asset protection, tax planning and estate planning.
