Eve M. Fitzsimmons has over 30 years of experience in business, tax, corporate, real estate and franchise law. She began her legal career in New York in a large Wall Street law firm representing Fortune 500 companies in mergers and acquisitions. She later became a partner in a large law firm with branches throughout the United States. She has represented many franchised businesses as outside counsel and served for five years as in house corporate counsel for large multi unit franchise owners. She has an excellent understanding of both business and litigation issues arising from franchise operations and particularly those arising from the franchise relationship.
Ms. Fitzsimmons is a graduate of Columbia Law School and is licensed to practice law in California, New York, Washington and Oregon.
